REDWOOD CITY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pivot, a behavioral change digital health company empowering individuals to embrace wellness and enabling corporations and health plans to improve their population's health, has hired Kyle Duffy as vice president of sales and promoted Kate Côté to vice president of marketing. The placements of Duffy and Côté demonstrate Pivot’s commitment and reinvestment in the commercial arm of the organization as it prepares for expanded outreach to consumers and a new product launch in early 2023.

Duffy brings more than 20 years of experience in global technology sales, leading teams through extended periods of rapid growth achieved by delivering material value for customers. He previously supported PagerDuty as vice president of global solutions. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business. At Pivot, Kyle will lead a team to deliver business value for companies and health plans while helping individuals dramatically improve their health through tobacco cessation.
Côté joined Pivot in February 2021 as senior director of growth marketing. She brings more than a decade of experience in health marketing, most recently as senior director of enrollment marketing at Omada Health. Kate holds an MBA and MPH from the University of California, Berkeley. She will lead Pivot’s marketing strategy as the company adds solutions to its portfolio and transforms to support new commercial efforts in consumer offerings.
